Carrie Ann Daigle's Online Review Report Card

This was my second visit with Carrie Daigle at Mercy in Hillsboro. The whole staff there is so helpful and friendly. The best thing is Carrie, she has really impressed me that I have chosen the right doctor. She is very concerned and understands the needs of her patients. The best thing is she takes time and listens to her patients. When you got a great doctor it makes a great staff! I'm happy to have a health care facility that cares and makes u feel like you're important, and that your not like cattle coming in and out of the door.

I liked her when she had an office in Columbia, IL and disappointed when she left. Seriously considering the well worth it drive for her to be my PCP again!!

Dr. Daigle has been absolutely amazing! Very helpful, kind, and actually listens to my concerns. She truly always does her best to help! Highly recommen her!

My Mother is a patient of Dr. Daigle. I have only taken her for her annual physicals. I needed Dr. Daigle’s help/advice several weeks ago. Asked to speak to her personally on the matter. She never called back but had a nurse call me. She asked what it was all about cause Carrie was too busy to give me 2 minutes of her time. Explained to the nurse the problem, who claims she was typing it down. Never got any call back. Had to call the next day and got ANOTHER nurse named LISA!!! She too CLAIMED she was typing it down. She got everything screwed up in the translation and was extremely rude!!!! Lisa needs a different job!!! Anyway, Never got anything solved!!! Office and Dr. Daigle are a total mess!!!!! Would NOT recommend!!

I was referred to Dr. Carrie Daigle by my Insurance provider, who stated she was accepting new patients. I called the Columbia, IL office to verify. The receptionist confirmed the doctor was accepting new patients and to visit the office to fill in a new patient form. After filling in my personal information, I was advised the doctor is not accepting new patients... The waiting room was completely empty & the receptionist said she wasn't busy. Conclusion: The doctor is selective about which NEW patients she wants to accept. If you are healthy you are in, but if you have any medical complications - NO GO... I wasn't aware until now that doctors were able to screen new patients for viability... Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND...(unless you are healthy)

poor - sent new patient paperwork 3 weeks ago and had to make 3 phone calls in 2 days to find out that new patients are not being taken. Not what I was told 4 weeks earlier. Now to search again for a doctor because now I need prescriptions filled

Dr. Linnertz assisted my husband with his diabetes.

Dr. Linnertz was very caring and patient with my daughter. My daughter had a terrible cold.
