Nancy was great setting up appointments and dealing with insurance. I have have had many therapist in my life due to different surgerys and I rate Rebecca Gleich as the best one I've the pleasure of working with. She explains why she is doing a certain procedure and what it will do for me. She is extremely professional and truly cares the health of her clients. Friendly, personal, and always smiling. All the young associates were very helpful also. If I were to break my body again I would surely limp into AthletiCo in Romeoville because I know I would get the friendly and professional help that I needed. A JOB. WELL DONE ! Roy I

First and foremost; Nancy Vallera is absolutely invaluable in being the key to your appointments, authorizations, and the glue that holds everything together! Someone who truly cares for patients and an absolute advocate for patient care, ensuring respect and dignity throughout the entire process! My case was/is a very complicated case involving long term care. I have been a patient for years! My therapy needs challenging the entire staff with obtaining authorizations from worker's compensation, fighting for continuing treatment, multiple surgeries, and a chronic pain condition that doesn't respond well to conventional treatments.A "simple" injury that resulted in a permanent disability, chronic pain, multiple surgeries, multiple treatments,multiple doctors! The care and dedication I received from Athletico was unwavering! They were ALL there for me! Fighting along side of me! Never discouraged by my challenges and always adapting and ready to try a different approach to safely achieve positive results! Even when my condition only afforded us to maintain and not progress, they pushed me to stay positive and maintain any/all progress rather than regressing or losing any forward momentum! Helping with home exercise programs, equipment! Other practices had treated me like a number and another paycheck. Any resistance from insurance and they buckled. Definitely NOT advocates for the patient. Not advocates for me!! Nancy and the Athletico staff truly were/are my biggest driving force to continue fighting! They were/are my biggest fans and I theirs! Working in conjunction with my pain management doctors, surgeons, lawyers! They were/are part of my winning team!! If you truly want an atmosphere that not only fosters a safe place for healing and growth but an amazing group who fight FOR you rather than fighting against you, Nancy Vallera and Athletico of Crest Hill is the location for you!
