List of Rosecrance Dakota Clinic's Reviews
The staff are not treated well and the policies they have in place. Are there to let people know that you don't matter when you go there. If you're sick or have any issues that come up they will charge you an additional hundred dollars even if you don't have the money. Some nice people work there, but the people who run the place are so money Hungry that you'd be better off Moving into a gutter and living on the streets because you will be with their fees that they'll add on. The management. Has zero compassion, No one should work there. No one should go there. If you can avoid dealing with them do it.
The leadership involved in the IOP/ PHP program is absolutely terrible with communication. Do not respond to, or return phone calls. They expect an immediate turn around in the child. If there is any conflict with the staff and child they dance around the topic of releasing them from the program, then back pedal on their numerous excuses, which, in turn reflects on their initial handling of the situation. They are very good at pointing fingers after there is a problem, with out being helpful, understanding, or even listening to the parents. They have a long way to go with being a beneficial program. I would recommend Ecker Center over Rosecrance, even though it's a longer drive

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
