Set up an appointment for an extraction and to get temporaries set into place for the time being. Was told the temporaries wouldn't arrive until the following week so I cancelled the appointment. Still got charged on my card for an operation that was never done. Cost of care was 9,000$ for two bridges and 2.5k a root canal.

Dr Yang and his staff take such great care of my daughters teeth. After we moved to Crystal Lake we had to find a new dentist and I am so grateful I found Tru Family Dental. Would highly recommend

Everyone was amazing during my wisdom tooth removal today! Every single person there I had talked to was awesome, they all answered any questions I had and I left feeling super great about my experience there. I've never had such a good experience at a dentist before! Will definitely be returning in the future!

I highly recommend tru family dental! I had not been to the dentist in almost 10 years and had a lot of anxiety about a bad previous experience. Terri and Dr. Yang were so nice and comforting! Very good bed side manner with good education and explanations but never once made me feel guilty about my poor dental hygiene. I’m so so relieved to have found them!

Just had my kid's first appointment at Tru and I was truly impressed with Dr. Yang's bedside manner. I finally found a dentist I like and I'm so happy! He reminds me of the dentist I had as a kid - he spends the time to talk to you and explain everything. The office staff and hygienist were amazing, too. I'm so impressed with them!
