Scathing review but true... I give the one star to Dr. Burmeister who is a good dentist but I would not take my dog to the girls up at the front desk. After suffering in much pain with a tooth abscess I called to inquire about the medication dosage I was taking because it was not working. The 'receptionist' answering the phone told me it did not matter when or how I took my medication, I could take 4 tablets at once, 2 tablets every 8 hours, 1 tablet every 4 hours...didn't matter! I knew this was not correct so I asked to speak with Dr. Burmeister or the assistant. She sarcastically assured me she would call me right back. Of course I did not hear from her. The next day I called again to ask if I could be prescribed a stronger antibiotic as I was on day eleven of excruciating pain and again the antibiotics that I had been on for 3 days were not working. This 'receptionist' whom I was told is named Jessica explained to me that she had talked to me the day before, but there was nothing that could be done. The girl added that Dr. Burmeister was out of the office, had been for days, would not be back until Monday and the assistant was not qualified to prescribe medication...after further questions she condescendingly told me that Dr. Burmeister was out golfing! She seemed to enjoy conveying this information. I am lucky that I did not end up in the ER with an on-call surgeon pulling my tooth thanks to the receptionist taking calls that week! I am too afraid to go back for my crown fitting. I took it upon myself to get another script in order to save my own tooth! I debated whether or not to leave this review as it is very negative but my case was a medical emergency. The girl taking my calls July 30, 2025/July 31, 2025 was negligent.

They are an amazing staff. They have always make me feel comfortable. The entire staff explains in detail any concerns or cost you have. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Love this office! The staff is experienced and have great personalities. Dr. Burmeister did a filling for me and I had a positive experience. Tabby, his dental assistant, made sure the appointment went as smoothly as possible. She is GREAT at her job!!

I have always had a great experience here from a simple teeth cleaning to a root canal. The staff is very professional and always have a friendly smile. I wouldn't want to go to any other dentist office. Thank you Dr Chad and your wonderful staff!
