Dr. Branham is a knowledgeable, kind and caring doctor. The concern and wisdom is shared with her patients is the best. Wish this level of professionalism could be taught, so all patient would have this level of care.

Dr Branham and her staff are professional, thorough and efficient. Most importantly, they are kind and compassionate! My daughter has seen Dr Branham for almost 10 years and I can’t imagine going anywhere else.

Dr. Branham has always been encouraging over the last 4 years. I never feel be littled or leave feeling like I didn’t understand something. My children are always well looked over and talked to kindly. My 4 year old is even talked to directly and given the opportunity to answer her questions.

Dr. Branham truly cares about her patients and is an advocate for them. She is very thorough and works whard to find them the right treatment.

I was extremely impressed with Dr. Branham! When we went in for our newborns first checkup, she not only focused on him, but she also asked us how our 3 year old is adjusting to a new baby in the house and she gave us extremely helpful tips and tricks on how to ease the transition to make our toddler feel more involved and ways he could safely help out with the baby. She went above and beyond and was very thorough. I highly recommend her!

We love Dr. Christi Branham and all her staff! She is kind, insightful, a fantastic diagnostician (even when symptoms are not classic), and truly cares about her patients. Her staff follows her lead!

I have five children I had to transfer to his office after our move. The staff and Dr. Brooks have been very welcoming and thorough. My main concerns about switching were all laid to rest. Dr. Brooks and staff are friendly and the office is very clean as well!

Mom of 5. We see Dr Brooks but met Dr Branham when our doctor was out of the office. This lady is fantastic! She was careful to use code words to discuss my son's treatment and condition in front of him. He was "awesome" but might need to see a special doctor to see just how awesome! My son loved it and didn't leave terrified about facing possible surgery. She's so kid focused and always takes the time to answer questions, either my child's or mine. The staff is also friendly and welcoming. In my opinion, she is one of the best doctors in town.

I'm giving one star because I have to give something. But frankly, I would give Dr. Branham a negative 5 stars if I could. When I had my daughter, I brought her to Dr. Branham after rave review and recommendation from the nurse who took care of both of us when my daughter was delivered. Everything seemed ok the first few times, but I noticed that Dr. Branham ALWAYS referred to her phone for medicine dosages and symptoms, etc. When my baby was about 5 months old, she started having trouble. She was CONSTANTLY sick and every time I took her to see the doctor, Dr. Branham would tell me that it's normal, to just keep an eye on her and not worry. My baby was not getting better and was suffering. I took her to MY primary care doctor, who took a look at her, told me she likely had seasonal allergies and prescribed medications to help her improve. When I returned to Dr. Branham with my child on the mend and told her that I took her elsewhere for a second opinion, she curtly told me that "if I couldn't trust her professional opinion as a doctor, I should take my child to another physician". She told me I had a certain amount of time to find a new doctor for my baby, before I would be taken out of their system. She had her records admin give me all of my daughter's records and I was sent on my way. I just want to add that I was (and still am) a first time mother. She seemed to have NO regard or empathy for how worried I was about my child and understanding that I would do whatever needed to be done to get her back to good health. It seemed as though her ego was more important than making sure my child was ok. NOT COOL. Patients have a right to get second AND THIRD opinions. Fortunately, I was able to find another Doctor in Springfield who listened to my concerns as a parent and did what needed to be done to help me keep my kiddo healthy, including referring me to an equally awesome pulmonologist who has helped get my daughter's seasonal asthma under control. She's growing so beautifully. She's 5 now, and we've since moved to another state, but this has stuck with me over the years because I just can't understand how someone who has chosen a field that has them taking care of children could be so...harsh. Anyway, I went back and forth about whether or not to say anything, but I feel like this needs to be said. This is my honest review and experience with this doctor and I wouldn't recommend her practice to anyone.
