Dr. Jackson is a nice person, just every time I call no one answers and I have to call at least 6 times to talk to someone. It takes them 3 days to return a call. I am on disability and she signed my paperwork for 6 days and expected me to hear back from a neurologist by that time then when I called she wasn’t in the office and I got told I have to wait til Monday to hear from her and it’s Wednesday. I would recommend another doctor.

Was there for over 2 hours for a very dry 10 minute appointment. Hopefully never again, there has to be better Aetna and if not maybe Aetna isn't the right choice.

3.5 STARS I called after my doctor, Dr. Carlos Fior left his practice and I was forced to find another MD. I called the office and explained my meds that I took and my age and anything pertinent to taking said RX"s. When I got there after seeing her nurse... Who was awesome by the way!! I was told by Dr. Jackson that she did NOT prescribe controlled substances. I said ok if it works. So I gave it the old college try and not good so far. The new meds either didn't work with my migraine medication or even plain old migraine Excedrin & the new sleeping pills are contributing to the headaches. I'm now taking Sumatriptan once a day. Not good. I think Dr. Jackson was a nice Dr. and I'm gonna try to get her to swap out for something that may work better. Too bad that the receptionist led me astray. Also if your a self pay it seems to be quite expensive. I paid $88.00 at old Dr. and was told after the visit that this appointment would be between $150.00 - $300.00, I sure hope not I can't afford to pay that for refills on pills I cannot take.

Worst Dr EVER! WONT refill an inhaler prescription for a patient thats had asthma for 23 years becuz the patient hasnt been seen in 3 months. Told patient to go to ER when prescribed inhalers for 23 years.
