List of Roberto Pabalate Md's Reviews
Dr. Pabalate listening to the patient's needs and you don't feel like you're in a rush or he's standing by the door to leave. He is thorough with his explanations and that you are involved in your care plan. I was beyond thrilled and felt I was in great hands as he laid out his plan and next steps while checking with me on understanding the process. Never had someone so thorough. Highly recommend
I looked on here to call the office and see the bad reviews, so I had to give my take because my son is autistic and nonverbal. When COVID hit off, my son went out of his mind. My wife and I lost sleep and a lot of weight in 4 weeks. I did a lot of research, and went to Dr. Pabalate with a plan. He continually worked with me until we got it right. My son has been back to his happy self for nearly a year and a half. He saved my son from hurting himself, my wife's sanity, and mine as well. The one complaint I have is that a secretary there has been rude. After calling her out on the phone, she seemed to adjust the way she talked. I am generally a kind person, and I can see how people could be bothered. Other than that...totally happy with this office.
My husband has been getting charged for smoking cessation fees $97 each visit but has never discussed stopping with the doctor. He only asked do you still smoke and nothing more. We did not notice it because it does not show up on the paper bill we only found it in the electronic version of details and when we called the office they refused to remove the charges. We have notified the insurance company of the fraudulent charges.
I called to switch doctors, Connie took my name and details for every one of ur family members and never called us back. Have been waiting weeks just to switch doctors for someone in town.
Best dr in town!! Takes the time to explain everything and is genuinely invested in every patient he has. Couldn't recommend a better person to be your doctor!!
We feel he's one of the best
Dr Pabalate, this man should have his license to practice pulled. First time, I was complaining about abdominal pain, he left me sitting up to check it. Told me it was a muscle. A month later I begged him to check it out with me laying down. Guess what I had a very serious life threatening hernia. Second time, he left the country to work on his house in England. I saw him on Monday before he left. I realized he had not refilled my Gabapentin, I called repeatedly to try and rectify this, got blown off. I reminded the staff you can't just stop. Gabapentin you have to be weaned. I ended up in the emergency room on Saturday with extreme pain in my nerve endings. I returned to the office for a b 12 shot, the nurse who was giving it to me had not screed the needle to the syringe so it was running down my arm. She tried screwing it in while still in my arm Finally she had to just go get another shot. I asked her to tell Rainy that I needed to talk to her. She returned with an attitude. Told me Rainy didn't have time to talk to me. Out of complete frustration I made the remark if not me then an attorney. This nurse ran to the hall way talking loud that I was threatening them with a lawyer, Rainy stepped out and told me she was to busy to talk to me about my meds that if Pabalate had wanted me to have iy he would of ordered it. I reminded her that you cant jusy stop it like they had. She said she would order me enough till I had a chance to talk yo him. As soon as he returned I received a call.i was np longer their patient.
Awful. They put you through to Rainy the nurse when you ask to schedule an appt. phone tag for days. When she calls back she's rude.she doesn't care about the patient at all. I had to reschedule an appointment for my son they wanted me to make outside of their office. A referral to find out if he needed his tonsils taken out. Which I was forced to do before they'd even consider my suspicions of autism. Anyways, I called to see about scheduling the after appt for his autism which was my main goal here and she nastily told me no because I didn't do the sleep study. Didn't even listen that it was rescheduled. He got them out and nothing got better or easier for him. He slept better but still couldn't focus. I even brought in someone from the school to help explain why we needed the diagnosis. She'd mentioned this isn't the first time she's seen this office act this way on the subject. Btw raineye he's atypical. Atypical autism.and ADD. They wouldn't refer me to the place that could actually help us because he thinks kids are over drugged. My kid didn't even need drugs. He needed a diagnosis so he could have extended time on his tests at school. It was clear he thought I just wanted drugs. I Have the option to be on Adderall and I choose not to be. My focus was my child's schooling. I worked with the school the whole year and they did the best they could for accommodating Connors issues without the formal diagnosis. They couldn't believe it. The whole year went by and he suffered because of this nonsense. Dr bashirs office will help you get in to see them if you are dealing with this same rediculousness. you won't get it from working with this office though. The doctors are overall fantastic. They spend time with you and really listen. It's not all bad. I just had this horrible experience. When it comes to my kids I'm very serious about getting them what they need to better succeed in life. Mama don't play. Rainee however does. She will give you the run-around. She rarely answers the phone. And when she finally calls back she's just so rude to you I wanted to cry sometimes. I didn't feel heard ever because she'll speak for Dr pabalate. I asked once to speak directly with Kathy or him as kathy had told me to call on x day at x time and Rainee flat out lied to me. Said she wasn't there. Every time I called after that she conveniently wasn't there. And pabalate was with a patient. She wouldn't even leave a message with them eaither. It is not worth the headaches. The migraines. The circles you run in. Oh and i filed a complaint about her behavior. They did nothing but Mrs rainy day sure let me have it. Made it so clear that she knew I was the one. Raised her voice at me. Didn't even attempt to be professional. I pray this go through to the public. People like that usually lead very sad lives. I feel sorry for this human being who clearly needs some extra kindness. Sadly I lost my cool and stooped to her miserable level. If it wasn't about my child I'd have let it go a year prior. Anything ADD or ADHD or mental illnes. NO. Colds and flus. Yes.
Not impressed with this doctor or his staff
I am unable to share details without anonymity. However, it is very difficult to get an appointment. The triage nurse would make assumptions and not allow appointments. She was inaccurately informed on what was available for treatment and symptoms. Overarching, the doctor made many mistakes, lied/did not manage expectations and once in a facility largely ignored me. He made a mistake that put my health at risk. In my opinion he has too many patients and only operates in the important and urgent box and over-taxes his staff.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
