We’ve been seeing Kara for acupuncture for well over a year now, and she is truly exceptional. Not only is she kind and compassionate, but her deep knowledge of energy, flow, and balance has made a real impact on our well-being. She takes the time to really listen, is incredibly patient, and always follows up with care. She’s helped both me and my two high school kids (who are competitive athletes) work through physical and emotional stress. She’s a true healer!

I came to Kara to target lower back pain I was having. She has not only helped that area, but my overall health too. I feel more centered, less anxious, less inflamed, and more energized. She has been wonderful to work with and is a really great human. Highly recommend her to anybody looking outside of western medicine for healing solutions.

Kara is the most caring and knowledgeable acupuncturist. She is patient and has such a wonderful, calming presence. I have done many sessions with her, to treat a variety of things, and each session I leave feeling rejuvenated and much better physically, mentally, and emotionally. Her work is more healing and restorative for me than anything I have done before. I have sent many others to her also and they are all blown away by her expertise and lovely demeanor. I even buy Gift cards for others because her work truly is a gift! Please do yourself a favor and book a session with Kara!

I started my wellness journey with Kara about 3 months ago and it has been life changing. My psyche and my body, when I walked in, were pushed to the limit. Kara took one look and knew EXACTLY what needed to be done. Her knowledge of the body, mind, and spirit extends way beyond "poking" you full needles. She is thoughtful, caring and immediately puts you at ease. A session with her feels like a week at a spa. If you're ailing or want to realign yourself, she's the lady to see!
