One of the worst visits I’ve ever had. Doctor Chen’s bedside manner is terrible. She is extremely cold, showing no empathy at all. A full skin exam should last longer than two minutes!!! I left feeling that I had wasted my time and my MONEY.

Beth Adam’s was amazing! Super warm and calming presence and explained everything in a way that was easily understandable. She made sure I felt comfortable and addressed all my concerns. Will definitely be going to her again in the future! Have always had great experiences at Deerfield Dermatology.

I've been having annual checks here for several years. The staff at reception is always cordial and efficient. Dr. Dalton was quite thorough and removed a couple of moles on my back. I've never had a complaint about my treatment here.

The experience at Deerfield Dermatology could not have been better. The staff at the front desk are helpful and friendly. Dr. Dalton was on time, very efficient and willing to talk and answer my questions. I suggest using the mobile app for communication and online check-in. It’s a good way to do it and kept everything exactly on time for my appointment.

Dr Dalton has been my dermatologist for about 9-10 years. I have found him to be very kind and thorough yet also efficient. As far as I can remember back, appointment times are respected and I’ve never waited more than 5 minutes beyond my scheduled visit to get back in a room, and consequently to see the doctor. I appreciate a doctor’s office who is respectful of their patients’ time as well.
