Since I started going to RA&W this past fall, my pain from cervical stenosis of the spine has become increasingly more manageable. I no longer feel the need to use the prescription medicine from my medical doctor and feel about 70% better!

I am struggling with bone-on-bone arthritis pain and limited mobility in my left shoulder. I started treatment with Al just recently and I already have less pain and better movement! I really urge my fellow sufferers to give it a try, especially if you can’t take NSAIDs or anti inflammatories.

I have been going to Al Ladesic recently for treatments for my upper and lower back. I am 89 years old and have had pain for over 50 years and most recently decreasing mobility because of pain and stiffness. After 10 treatments (concluding 2 weeks ago), I can walk upright without pain or much stiffness. A true dramatic change. I have just begun treatments for both knees (pain and mobility increasing over the past 15 years), and should conclude in approximately 3 more treatments. Walking short distances and going up and down flights of stairs have been the problem. So far (after 3 treatments), much improvement in both knees have been felt. Since my partial stroke in 2022, I have had sharp pain in my left shoulder which has limited my use of the arm. Despite physical therapy for a year there was no improvement. I finally decided to try Acupuncture and am very pleased with the result. My symptoms have improved 50 -60% with very little pain and relief of stiffness. Al Ladesic has been instrumental for this result. He is patient and well informed in the technique and I would strongly urge anybody with issues of pain to consult Al Ladesic and try Acupuncture. You maybe pleasantly pleased with the relief obtained by this simple procedure from this knowledgeable person.

The acupuncture and therapy provided by Restorative Acupuncture & Wellness was excellent and helpful for my shoulder's range of motion and for my sleep issues. I will be back.
