Mark Levy's Online Review Report Card

Dr Elliott has been my 94 year old mother's dentist for a few years. She recently needed a crown and he helped her out. He is technically great and he treats my mom like she is family. Also, Barb, the office manager is super nice to her. She explains things to her so my mom understands what is happening. I wish all medical/dental offices were like this.

Dr Levy and his staff are super easy going and nothing but kind and courteous. Recently moved to Des plaines and needed to find a new dentist. Dr Levy was in network under my DHMO (remember to choose your primary dentist 30 days prior to making the appointment) and glad he is close by! Would recommend him to anyone who needs a dentist! Also there's some negative comments here about Barb (receptionist) which I don't understand. She's really great and funny.

Going to Brite bite Dental is as pleasant an experience I could hope for when going to the dentist. Dr. Mark and Dr. Elliott always take the time to explain what they will be doing, answer any questions I may have, and I'm always extremely satisfied with the work they do. Debbie is always friendly and helpful. Barb goes out of her way to accommodate scheduling and in addition to being professional, is always pleasant and courteous. The office is always spotless and I trust them during these difficult times to provide the most sanitary environment. Everyone here is a class-act and I don't think I could find a better place to trust with the care of my mouth!

I just moved to Des Plaines from Chicago, I noticed this dentist was close to my new address so I decided to call them to possibly make a future appt. Of course, I realize that because i have an HMO dental plan I have to wait 30 days to actually get an appt so that I'm in their system...(I was informed of that prior to my calling this place by my insurance....this isn't my first rodeo!) Anyways so I call to make sure this place actually accepts my insurance...as it turns out...they did. But after asking a few questions about actually how long I would have to wait to get an appt....this woman named "BARB" who I'm guessing is the receptionist...had a really bad attitude and spoke in a very condescending tone?? For no reason?? I asked a question? She spoke really fast as though she just wanted to get off the phone?? Then got mad because I asked her to repeat what she just said?? Isn't a receptionist job to answer the phone?...I thought?? My impression of this Barb is either she doesn't really like her job or hasn't been properly trained in customer service.....because a receptionist is basically customer service!...And that is the very first impression the customer will receive when calling this business. I have always measured a business by their customer service...If their receptionist hasn't been well trained in customer service....I can only imagine that the dentist himself must not care. If I owned this business, I would not employ this Barb woman. She really gives this place a bad impression...needless to say I will not be bringing my family here to this Dentist office due to bad customer service...keep up the bad work Barb! If I could I would give her a big fat "0" stars!

Really need to get a new front desk lady very very rude inconsiderate and dentist is eh does minimal work there better dentist offices out there don't recommend at all!! FYI give some customers service classes to your front desk help especially one in particular needs attitude adjustment!

Great office with the best staff & doctors, the office staff makes you feel like family. Been going there about 20 years and never a bad visit. Doctors are caring and gentle, office staff is warm and welcoming. I have all great doctors, but this is the only office I look forward to going to because of the friendly & relaxed atmosphere. Barb is a great office manager, always explaining how the insurance works and what it will cover before doing any procedure. Just don't have a negative thing to say about this office, this is the best dental office I have gone to since I've started going to the dentist, many moons ago. Not sure about the negative response someone posted about Barb, but she is far from rude. Either you need to grow up and get some balls or you are just used to being cradled by "mommy". BEST DENTAL OFFICE, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

When i walked into the office i was greated by Barb and felt welcomed, Met Dr.Mark and told him i was worse that a kid when it comes to the dentist. He sat and talked about what needed to be done and I'd have no pain once he started the work. Well he was right and i never felt so relaxed at a dentist office, so thank you to Dr. Mark and the whole staff.

A big "THANK YOU" to Dr. Mark Levy and his office staff. I have a terrible fear of dentists, Dr Mark and his staff were so friendly and welcoming that I forgot I was in a dentist office. Dr Mark took his time and explained everything to me and it was so fast and was done in no time that I had no time to let my fear take over. Dr Mark is amazing. I highly recommend him. I have a new dentist now and am happy to have found such a great place. Barb the office manager was so calming and helped me thru my fear as well. Thank you just doesn't seem to be enough words for helping me out of pain by making my experience a good one.

Dr. Mark Levy has been my dentist for over 10 years and has always gone above and beyond to give me great service - highly recommended for both his professionalism and timely appointments.

Been a patient of Dr. Levy for several years now. I'm always greeted with a smile by Barb the office manager. Dr. Levy and staff are always very professional and friendly. The office is modern and clean. I am a fellow business owner and it is important that I'm in and out at the stated time, and I don't recall ever being made to wait. Billing is always clear and if there is a balance due, it is plain as day described succinctly on the statement showing procedures performed, insurance payments, write-offs due to insurance fee schedules, and patient payments. It is not always fun to visit the dentist but I would highly recommend Dr. Levy and staff for your dental needs.
