She is just awesome. Very caring and explains everything to you. Takes her time and listens to your concerns. I was on 3 different eye drops a day and she got me down to 1 drop a day.

Dr. Patil is the BEST ! She takes time with her exams and always explains every condition she is checking for and why. I've had glasses since junior high and I have never had another doctor that comes close to being as good as Dr. Patil. I recommend her to anyone looking for a great eye doctor.

Dr. Patil is fine, but the staff is not helpful. I had to reschedule a NOV appt and the earliest available is FEB. I get that the dr. is busy, but the staff refuses to keep a waitlist for openings caused by cancellations. Seems like basic customer service.
