Gouging prices and taking advantage of customers. This place is pathetic. Horrible attitudes, your services are NOT worth even close to what you are charging. You just want to take advantage of people and profit margins are insane. DO NOT GO HERE.

This was my first visit & I was very impressed. Scheduling an appointment & pre registering on line was very simple to do & there was no paperwork When I arrived. I waited no more than 5 minutes before being shown to an exam room. The rooming process went quickly & was very thorough. It was also a very short wait to be seen by the nurse practitioner. Her exam was thorough as well & every step she took & observation she made was explained & questions were encouraged. She diagnosed my problem & sent a script to my pharmacy & I was on my way in less than 30 minutes. I would recommend them to friends & family & wouldn't hesitate to go there again. I called and had appointment and was checked in a room right away.I thought they were thorough with their questions and advice.Friendly staff and the doctor collaborated with another doctor about my situation.The Doctor who served me was good!I would go there again.

I was seen in about an hour, on a weekend! The entire staff was kind, attentive and knowledgeable. Aside from being sick it was an enjoyable experience. Thanks for being there KSB Physicians Immediate Care! You’re an asset to our community.

The staff were friendly but clearly overwhelmed & therefore rushed. My teenage son was being seen for acute back pain and a sore throat (positive cases in immediate family). We registered in advance, arrived on time, and were checked in within 15 minutes. Then we were sent to sit in our car where we waited for almost an hour before being placed in a holding room for another hour. 3 hours later, we left with no treatment plan and a diagnosis on the discharge paperwork that no one could explain to me. I had to google it. Ridiculous in every way. Similar to a prior experience i had there a few years back…I will never go back again.Ever. The receptionist was very rude, raised her voice at me and embarrassed me in front of other patients. I asked her to please be nice and she yelled again. I would say thank goodness she doesn't work on commission. Rude!!! After she treated me rudely and everyone was called honey and sweetheart. Sad
