I had knee replacement surgery at the end of February, and a few days later went to rehab. The PT there was great, but the rest of the facility ... not so much. Just finished my treatment at the Dr Phillips office. I can’t say enough about the care and treatment I received here. The staff is friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and patient. I came in with significant pain and I am leaving with the tools I need to continue my strengthening exercises and remain pain free!

I’m a new patient of Ability in Orlando. The staff is very friendly, helpful & professional and do a great job. The therapists are great, but the accounting department is highly lacking. I paid my final balance, and continue to receive a bill for an invoice I’ve already paid. When I call I get different answers from, ‘Our mistake, sorry we’ll remove that.’ to ‘You need to pay this now or we’ll send it to collections.’

I've had the opportunity to visit both the Winter Park and Downtown Orlando offices. After procedures to my elbow and shoulder I required extensive therapy. Staff at both facilities were great. Sylvia who is a therapist at the altamonte springs location is truly one of a kind. I started seeing her 3 months ago and she has been amazing and so patient with me. I drive 45 MINUTES just to see her every week. Call me crazy but I wouldn’t anyone else working on me. I highly recommend her!
