Dr Melissa is wonderful and she has been my go-to chiro for the past three years, but Patricia is very rude as a front desk person. I have never been treated like that before.

After being a client for the past 3 years, I am still amazed and thankful to have found this place. Dr. Melissa is always wonderful with her clinical expertise and offers helpful suggestions for prevention and care too. I love my adjustments and the massage and my recent favorite has been the cupping therapy. My body feels so rested and repaired and I look forward to my next session. Her staff is always so responsive and accommodating. I reached out to them with pain and tenderness issue and they were kind enough to squeeze me into their busy schedule. Office is newly renovated, clean, modern and smells so good. My teenage daughter also loves her Chiro appointments and it good that I can get tandem appointments and save on an extra trip.

I have been using Concept Care whenever an ailment arises for years. They are great, I cannot say enough positive things about them. The staff is excellent, friendly and knowledgeable.. I have done message therapy,, acupuncture, full body massages and back work., all with great results. Do not hesitate to try them.

Unfortunately I wasn’t able to check how helpful isDr. Melisa Alfonso because of their policy and cancelation fees! I made this appointment a month ago, I’m pregnant and based on the good reviews i made the decision to start working with them. This morning I woke up not feeling well but still wanted to make this appointment . I called the office regarding their emails I wasn’t able to answer yesterday. Rachel was answering my call and answer my question and ask me to fill up intake form,which I started , I was following the steps and put the credit card information . In the main time i stared having upset stomach and feeling even worst. I called the office and let them know and ask for new appointment , they said you already agree with our policy we have to charge you late fee $80 and make another appointment , and they did. They charge me $80 and make me feel that before everything is their business . So please , be careful with this greedy doktor. If you are new patient before put your credit card information no meter what be ready to pay late fee in case you get sick or you can make it .
