MIRACLE worker! I can't walk long distances, but after ONE session, I felt amazing. No back pain at all. Feels great being able to get out of bed without pain. He's amazing.

Dr. Sarah Montesa is an extraordinarily gifted healer with a comprehensive set of skills. She applied Reiki and Acupuncture as we worked on healing some painful childhood trauma that had settled in my body. Dr. Montesa listened carefully and responded with sensitivity and intuition. Each of our sessions left me feeling lighter, less burdened , able to function more clearly in my daily life. For the first time in 7 decades I experienced a wholeness and vitality. Of course, we were partners and I actively focused on healing these old hurts between our sessions. Dr. Montesa gave me the right help at the right time. I would trust Dr. Montesa wholeheartedly and recommend her without hesitation. Their office is a bit hard to find, so ask for explicit directions!

I been seeing Dr.Chris for about year now. I was a little hesitant when my original Dr told me that he was retiring but rest assured he does a great job not only with my back and neck but other injuries that have from my physical job.

I work with Dr. Sarah Montesa, and she is awesome! She has treated me for migraine, allergies and fibro -- all with excellent results -- using adjustmennts, acupuncture, moxa and nutrition guidance. She is an excellent listener and honest counselor. I have never felt like "just a number" in the waiting room; her personalized approach to my health issues has kept me going! I look forward to having her as my doctor for many years to come.

Dr. Hartman has treated me for several sports injuries. His quick and accurate diagnosis and very effective treatment helped me return to my normal life quickly. I have also seen Dr. Montesa for acupuncture and cannot say enough good things about her skills. Her treatment plan was highly effective!

I have been getting a massage from Dayanne at Family Health & Wellness Clinic every month for the last few years. Her massages are wonderful for relieving tension; Dayanne offers helpful suggestions for how to stretch out problem areas between massages. The massage is so much more personalized that they are at the large chains. You are truly cared for at Family Health & Wellness Clinic. The membership is a great way to save and keep up the healthy habit of massage.
