Kashyap Katwala's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Katwala is a very compassionate person that cares about the patient. He actually listens to your questions and concerns and answers them in terms that the average person understands without talking down to you. I have never felt like another file that needs to treat to get to the next one. After a emergency procedure at midnight on a weekend, Dr. Katwala took the time to talk with my husband to answer his questions and reassure him that everything was fine. He then told us different option I could take going forward. I don't understand all the negative comments as I have never had any issues or problems with Dr. Katwala or his staff.

Horrible experience. My child was misdiagnosed and it took weeks for an email follow up email. Needed to see another doctor for a proper diagnosis

Dr. Kashyap is very professional, commutative and caring. I saw him for a colonoscopy procedure and it went very smooth. He followed up instantly with the results and the next steps. The nursing staff was also very professional and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Kashyap.

Waste of time.

Dr. Katwala did an endoscopy to find gallstones in my bile duct. There were none found which was good news. The whole procedure took 20 minutes. However after waiting for him to talk to me afterwards for 1.5 hours I left. He started another procedure right away apparently without telling my wife that everything turned out fine. Would not recommend to anyone. Horrible communication.

I was treated by this doctor several months ago for polyps in my stomach. After the minor procedure I was told by him that he will call me and discuss details, which he never did. It took him almost 2 months to follow up and call me so finally he did, and when he did he pretended like nothing happened and tried to take me back for another procedure.... right before I was diagnosed with mild gastritis so I asked him if he checked the current status of the gastritis when he was doing the procedure and he said no he wasn't doing gastritis so my question is if you're in someone's stomach why don't you check other issues at the same time instead of scheduling multiple procedures and spending extra money. Not reliable, trustworthy, and has 0 integrity. Do not recommend to anyone.

Incompetent, under qualified, unprofessional FRAUD! Do not waste your time! PLEASE for your own HEALTH and SAFETY find a different GI doctor!!!! This man should not be practicing medicine. When I do get a proper diagnosis from a qualified GI physician, I will be sharing my story on this review and he will be hearing from my lawyer. Unless you want to waste your time, your health and possibly your life find a different doctor!!! If he doesn’t know what the issue is, he will make something up, lie and give you results on tests that were never performed

Dr. Katawala was great! He was professional, friendly, and informative!
