I visited that place To make family but I spend more than $ 6000. I didn’t get any results.

They have been incredibly helpful and informative throughout my wives and I'd entire journey! Every step they've been there to help answer questions or to help clarify anything we were uncertain of or needed some additional information. I would definitely recommend anyone interested reach out to them!

I’m not happy with the intake process and the counseltation . I felt like they didn’t care if my insurance was accepted or not and they didn’t bother to help me try to figure it out. I still don’t get understand the $50.00 fee. . I want to feel like I’m in good hands and someone cares about my fertility problem. I’m very upset.

Without Dr. Madanes, my life would have no purpose. Thanks to his dedication and groundbreaking care, I am the proud mother of two amazing sons, now 27 and 25 years old. My experience with Dr Madanes and the entire staff at Midwest has been refreshingly positive. I had a not-so-great experience with another local IVF clinic in Indiana, which made me incredibly untrusting and skeptical of any fertility clinics. Dr. Madanes has been incredibly kind, thorough, patient, and communicative throughout our entire process. My husband and I both did a full fertility work up, so we have been in and out of all the clinics (Valpo, Munster, and Downers Grove) multiple times (10+ times). Additionally, I had the HSG and SonoHSG procedures done by Dr Madanes. Again, very patient, gentle, understanding, and willing to talk me through the procedures and results. During this very emotional and tense time, it's difficult to step foot in a fertility clinic; however, I can truly say they have given us hope back in a very hopeless journey, and we feel comfortable proceeding with IUI with this clinic. I can say I 100% trust Dr. Madanes to give me the straightforward answer and guidance we need. I am grateful that Dr. Madanes is a preferred provider through my health insurance, so while other reviewers have had negative experiences with that portion - I cannot speak on that. I do know staff has been forthcoming with any charges I may owe after insurance coverage, including willing to break down the charges and why. The overall transparency is so critical during this journey. I have to give a shout out to Ashley, Dr. Madanes' nurse. She truly has been a blessing throughout this journey. She answers all my questions quickly and thoroughly. I feel comfortable emailing any concerns to her and I get a response back very promptly. Just overall, a really great experience. It's probably an oxymoron to say I'm "looking forward" to IUI, but I have been grateful for these individuals on my fertility journey so I am looking forward to sharing my joy of conceiving with them - however that may happen.

Dr Madanes and his staff helped my husband and I achieve our dream of a family! The journey had its ups and downs and Dr Madanes was always helping us remain positive and hopeful for a successful outcome. I would recommend this place to anyone who has been trying to get pregnant! His office and clinical staff are very encouraging and compassionate, and always there listening and guiding us!

Please DO NOT waste your time and money going here. The second you walk in you are transported back to the 1980s. Which you are reminded of for every blood draw, which is done out in the open behind the receptionist desk in an old wooden chair. And not only is the building dated and unkept, but they have no patient portal where you are able to see your test results. When I asked about my results I was met with push-back saying I have to wait over a month to meet with the Dr to know what they are. Then one nurse told me I could be called with results and I was called once then never again. Then when I requested an earlier appt to meet with the Dr to discuss abnormal findings from a procedure I was denied. If i want to spend my time and money discussing my health with a Dr I should be able to do that; well, not here. And please DO NOT believe them when they say theyve verified your insurance coverage. Im currently in a battle with my insurance because Midwest lied and never actually verified my coverage when they said they did. I found out after going to a different clinic, where they actually verified my insurance, that my company offers a fertility-only insurance I need to be using. If Midwest actually took the steps to verify they would have been notified of this. So please, please, do not let them waste your time and money on this very important matter of growing your family.
