Dr. Patel deserves a million stars. If I could give her more, I would. Finding a good endocrinologist is extremely difficult. After becoming an adult, I went through three separate endocrinologists because none of them would listen to me or take the time to really work with me. Dr. Patel is the only doctor who actually took the time to listen to what was wrong and didn’t talk down to me. She actively wants to work with me to help me with my disease. Not only that, she is extremely patient, kind, and intelligent. It’s very obvious that she cares about her patients and giving them the best help that she can. After a surgery that I had turned up an unexpected result, Dr. Patel immediately formed an action plan of what we would do to monitor my health and lead to a nice recovery. I cannot recommend her enough. The office can be a bit difficult to find, but the staff is understanding and helpful, especially if you call and let them know you’re running late or can’t find the building. I’ve never had a negative experience here.

I never even met the doctor. Horrible experience with a lazy receptionist. My GPS took me to the wrong location initially, so I was a few minutes late. It took the receptionist another 10 minutes to go ask the doctor if I could be seen, at which point her next patient would be arriving soon. I will find another provider at a different location.
