Be wary of the tactics this place uses. Thirsty for money, lack basic patient/customer service skills from the Doctor and Nurses. All new reviews are probably fake just to boost her ratings! All Docs that practiced with her left for a REASON!! DR. Chang and DR.Guant LEFT THIS CLINIC. LET THAT SINK IN FOLKS! Stay away!

Dr. Akhtar helped me through a stressful pregnancy 13 + years ago and I’m so grateful for the care I received then, and continue to receive. Over the years, I’ve gotten to know her both professionally and personally. She is attentive, compassionate and competent and I have no hesitation in recommending her.

Dr. Akhter is the best OBGYN I have ever had. From general care to pregnancy and the delivery of my first baby. During my first pregnancy, she was always very informative and not only made sure that I was taken care of and felt good, but made sure to include my husband at every appointment and answer any questions he had. She is very thorough in her care and makes ensures that you know that she genuinely cares about you and your well being.

I have been a patient at this practice for 10 years. Dr. Akhter is one of the most knowledgeable and skilled physicians I have ever met. Her dedication, compassion, and expertise put her patients at ease. I had a recent high risk pregnancy and Dr. Akhter monitored my baby and I thoroughly, never missing a beat. There is nobody I would trust more to deliver my children! The office staff is friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. They always return phone calls and reply to messages in a timely matter. I would absolutely recommend this practice to anyone!

Dr. Akhter has cared for me for over thirty years. Although timing would have it that her partner delivered our two children, I received excellent prenatal care from her and her team. Recently, I required a hysterectomy and was pleased to know that Dr. has used the robotic method for this surgery since 2008! I was amazed at the recovery time from this procedure compared to the traditional surgery that my friends have had. Dr. Akhter and her practice have a high level of integrity and empathy and have always listened to my concerns. I highly recommend them and the robotic surgery in the event you require a hysterectomy.
