List of Rodrigo M Ubilluz's Reviews
Not satisfied, still writes paper prescription. Uses prescription pad to order tests. Very slow coordinating with other doctors. Doesn’t have website to access doctors notes or after visit report. Does not generate after visit reports.
Dr. Ubilluz is one of the nicest and understanding drs I have seen in my life. I went to him for a EMG of my right arm prescribed by my surgeon, to confirm carpel tunnel. Dr. Ubilluz felt it was necessary to also do my left arm which my surgeon was eventually planning on having done but wanted to focus on the worst arm first, this actually saved me another office visit having both done at the same time. I have had several EMG tests done in my lifetime and not once had any other dr ever said much of anything to me let alone even hint at what the results were. Dr was totally different. He actually performed a hands on exam trying to get a better feel for my condition. Not only did he discuss with me his preliminary findings as he was performing the test but conversed with me the entire time. The surgeon is basically looking for results to warrant surgery. Dr. Ubilluz took it farther beyond a problem With carpel tunnel and found potential problems elsewhere that carpel tunnel surgery would not correct. He was a very pleasant man, considerate and compassionate to me as a patient. He is also the first dr who actually asked if I would like to come back to discuss the test results fully and not just a confirmation I need surgery but to discuss another potential problem after he reviewed the results. When I first tried to get in at Good Sam and other hospitals for this test they were over a month out wait and one hospital was not available until next year. This is middle of September. I waited less than a week to get in to see him. His office staff was pleasant and accommodating as well to my Follow up. I know most technicians are prohibited from giving the patients any results but I have had other doctors perform this test without a hint of the results. It was such a welcome surprise he was willing to tell and show me what he was looking at as far as results. I’m lucky my wife found him and he does EMG tests in his office which not all neurologists do I look forward to my follow up because he is genuinely a very nice man.
Dr Ubilluz is a phenomenal doctor! He’s very smart and informative. Also, Dr Ubilluz listens!!! Yes, many doctors don’t, this Doctor listens and cares about my situation. Dr.R has helped me many times and continues to help me with these ongoing migraines.. Love Him and His Staff. Friendly and professional..🌻
The best of the best.. seeing him right now!!
Dr. Rodrigo Ubilluz is an amazing Doctor, with lots of experience, great medical skills and care for all patients. I highly recommend him to everybody.
stay away.
Never have I been more frustrated and upset in my life! My husband was hurt and had a concussion. Making the appointment was just the first part of the frustration. The receptionist sounded very disorganized, had a thick accent, spoke so softly that I had to ask her to repeat everything multiple times. We went the appointment today and met with the "doctor." He had my husband sit in a chair in the hallway outside of his office and merely asked a few questions. He did NO type of exam, did not look at any imagining from the hospital and left us with no answers, aftercare, or any type of direction as to what to do about his concussion symptoms. Ubilluz was rather aggressive and argumentative in his questioning as well. He has no bedside manner. I read other google reviews but trusted my doctor would not send me to a terrible "doctor." I wish I trusted the reviews, we would not have wasted a day and I don't think I would be feeling this frustrated. Will NOT return.
It's unfortunate to see negative reviews for Dr. Ubilluz because I completely disagree. I've been dealing with neuro autoimmune issues for years, I've seen a LOT of specialists and a whole lot of neurologists too and honest to God, aside for being at the Mayo Clinic in 2015, this was the BEST new patient appointment I've had. His office isn't big and modern, but it's certainly not dirty like someone else commented. It is absolutely FINE. They were prompt, HE saw me directly - no RN to ask me a bunch of questions only for him to come in and then having to repeat everything. He asked a ton of questions, took everything down immediately, ordered thorough testing, performed more than the usual strength test then and there. I'm sorry, but he's a wonderful physician and I'm absolutely sticking with him.
Dr. ubilluz is a wonderful and caring doctor. He listens to my headache and neck problems but he’s so full of knowledge regarding many things. Doctor U. Has a super personality and he’s funny and kind. I wish he was my doctor for everything!
Dr Ubilluzhas been one of the most patient and concerned DR's I've had in many many years. He listens and spends time to your concerns and is genuinely helpful in resolving your issues. I couldn't recommend him more.

All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
