List of Sheth Dermatology's Reviews
Dr Sheth & everyone who works there are The Best. Excellent Care from Dr Sheth & Amy. Would definitely recommend you go there for any Dermatology procedure at both of her offices.
So happy I decided to visit Sheth Dermatology. Kelly was so polite and accommodating. She was knowledgable about products and what would be best for me. My skin looks and feels so much better.
I have been coming here since 2020. I have been asked to wait numerous times in the past upon arriving for my appointments. Yesterday, I had a 3:30 appointment and walked in the office at 3:36 only to get a lot of passive-agressive grief from Kelly, my technician, and one of the secretaries at the front desk. I told them I obviously did *not* expect them to go over my scheduled slot or cut into the next customer's time. Yet, they continued to lecture me about "being on time." I have spent thousands of my hard-earned money at this office to pamper myself and have some special me time. I don't need to be scolded or lectured by anyone for being a few minutes late, especially not when they have made me wait so many times in the past. Forget this place. I agree with the other reviewer --it seems like they only value their time but not the cutsomer's time. Taking my business elsewhere from now on.

I waited 45 minutes, and Dr Sheth took payment while I was in the chair before she did treatment, which is insulting. Don't you trust me to pay when I leave? I told her I had a few questions, and she said, "I have several patients waiting; I don't have time to answer your question.". Honesty, I have never had a Dr. say that. She is awful, just wants your money, and thinks her time is more valuable than her patients.
This practice is terrible. I have never imagined such a poor experience in healthcare. The borderline unethical ways they function are so egregious, it’s hard to imagine they have willing patients. - The rude, insulting and derogatory ways the staff speaks to their patients. Chief among them is Jennifer Curtin, a miserable PA who lacks both decency and basic medical knowledge. - The shady practice of sending your prescription information to a specialty pharmacy for which there are no local locations or even reviews to assess them by. They do this without informing you, and then tell you the medications will be cheaper there. After the tedious effort of getting them to release my script so that I could fulfill it at Walgreens, I discover the opposite is true. - If you ask questions, as any patient should, regarding your treatment, they simply inform you they don’t want to see you again, even if you are in the middle of a treatment. I’ve never seen such a lack of concern towards a patient. They are seriously the antithesis of patient care. In summary, stay away. Nobody should ever have to go through such an experience when dealing with a medical practice.
Beautiful office and Friendly Staff! My whole experience was amazing, not just first visit but all. Front desk girl, Courtney, was very sweet and both Kristin and Kelly made me feel so comfortable for my laser hair removal sessions. Let me tell you, being comfortable is a big thing for me and I'm sure for others too.
I visited Dr Sheth's office Downers Grove. I had Hydrafacial with her Aesthetician Kristin. I highly recommend her! she's very knowledgeable and I loved how it made my skin look and feel. Everyone there was very welcoming. Beautiful office and a great experience. I will definitely be going again!

I went to Sheth Derm for post pill acne. Multiple things disappointed me here. Jennifer Curtin was my provider. Simply only wanted to provide pills, pills, and pills. When stating multiple times that I did not want to go that route she sat there with no other options. "Well i would say do the laser but it's not here" then just stared at me. Instead of being professional and providing other options or providing other refferals for her patients she pretty much left me with "I cant do anything, youll have acne". How about take time to provide outside resources for patients then? On top of that the staff who is taking notes was unprofessional and not friendly. Sat there picking her nails and staring at you. They also tried charging me twice and I had to go out of my way to take care of that as well. Save your time and money. No wonder they are super easy to get into!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
