First, they opened the doors late. They were not friendly at all. Everyone who wanted an appointment were turned away immediately an offered an appointment for the following day. I was told there were 14 appointments scheduled starting at 8 am! Funny, there wasn’t one patient in the building and it was 8:15. Hmm. I asked about the walk in policy and she said they did offer that since the Covid/Flu outbreak? You probably should let people know. I told her my son was really painful and she said there was nothing they could do which was funny looking at an empty lobby!

Great experience! I was able to fill out most of the information they needed online prior to my appointment. I was seen exactly at my appointment time. The staff were very friendly and attentive. I was never kept waiting for more than a few minutes when the staff left the room to run tests or check results. I will definitely return here in the future if the need arises.

Great experience from beginning to check-out. The receptionists were professional, patient, and friendly. The medical assistant had great bedside manners. The NP took her time to really listen and respond to my concerns. I was exceptionally impressed with her thoroughness. I arrived and was taken back at my exact appointment time. The office is very clean.

Anyone who knows me knows I'm a big fan of BJC doctors and facilities. However, I have to say that this center leaves much to be desired. I made an appointment online as suggested by their website. Upon arrival with a sick child, we were told it was at least a 60 minute wait because folks are taken in the order they physically check in. So even WITH an appointment, if someone else without an appointment arrives before you then they are taken first. I thought I misunderstood this policy as it makes zero sense. However, the receptionist who answered the phone when I called to get clarification confirmed this information. When asked what the purpose of the appointment is, she didn’t have a response. She instead told me that they had received numerous other complaints and would be turning off appointments in the MyChart system. I’m so thankful to all that BJC does for the community but this needs some serious reconsideration.

I scheduled my appointment the day of which there was plenty availability open. The entire staff from the receptionist to the MA and the Nurse Practioner I seen were very friendly! I got in and out. I highly recommend this urgent care if you need it!!!
