Took my Dad for consistent (bad) nosebleeds and Dr. Franco put us both at ease. He listened to my Dad, then did what needed to be done. My dad, not easily impressed by doctors, told him that he’s an excellent doctor because he obviously enjoys what he does. Staff was awesome, and I was impressed with the wait time. I highly recommend Dr. Franco and his staff!

Hands down one of the nicest, most caring and considerate drs I've been around in a very long time! He made me feel so comfortable. I would highly recommend him to anyone I love ♡ A++ The women who brought me to my room complimented me and wished me a happy birthday as well! Very awesome!

Dr. Franco is awesome! After years of ear issues I finally found someone that did something correctly! He is gentle and listens to you instead of just rushing through. I appreciate him to the fullest and would recommend him 100%.

I was 25 min early to my appointment..they required 5 more minutes. Drove all the way there, was in the parking lot and got yelled at by their office person Laurie. I told her I had a tire issue on my way due to the extreme heat. She cut me off, was very rude and offered nothing. I was a patient of Dr Feirstein and Fernandez for years and never had an issue and their staff was beyond nice. I will go elsewhere. I have never been treated SO horribly in all of my life. To prove I was there and to talk to someone in person, I went inside and took a picture (still 15 minutes before my appointment) and there was NO one in the room. Unbelievable. If you are looking for nice staff who will make ypu feel welcomed and valued and who you trust for sinus surgery..dont go here!

Hands down one of the best humans on earth! Just remember to be open and honest with him. He really cares and goes way above for his patients! I will forever look up to that man.

Dr Franco is amazing. He is down to earth and no sugar coating. Being one of the worse cases he has ever seen and the most challenging. He was able to come up a plan/treatment that worked. I would recommend him a 1000 times over.

Friendly staff and physician. Appointments are very timely. Good atmosphere for a medical office. I saw Dr. Franco. I have a difficult time with anxiety and meeting new doctors. He made me feel at ease. His communication is top notch.
