It is so great to have an after hours clinic close by. I’ve brought my kids here a few times and always a great experience. Front desk is friendly and you are escorted to a room quickly. NP Amber has been the one to see my kids every time and she always remembers us. She is thorough, caring, answers all questions and addresses any concerns.

We’ve used After care several times in the past few months & it’s been great every time! They get you in & out quickly! All of the nurses have been super sweet with my kiddos & Amber (NP) was really great last week when we needed to get back in quickly for a medication allergy! Highly recommend!

My wife was very disappointed in the services she received. As someone who used to work at children's she is embarrassed by how she was treated. The nurses were cold and the nurse practitioner had terrible bedside manners. She spoke rudely to her and was aggressive during the exam. She also made accusations about my daughter and when my wife explained that they were at a festival and she had sunscreen on which is why her hair looked greasy, she refused to listen. The doctor also made accusations about my child being dirty simply because she had a little dirt under her fingernails, and having matted hair which is false which she put in the medical record. She had surgery earlier this week and is not able to bathe. She feels discriminated against by this facility based on how she looked and where we live. The nurse practitioner also did not even check her throat until she requested it 3 times and it turns out she had strep. This was incredibly disappointing.

We had a wonderful experience today at the children’s clinic. I brought my 2 and 3 year old children in. When my 3 year old started puking while we were waiting for them to even unlock the doors they were so kind and helped me. They gave me a whole pack of baby wipes too. I didn’t feel rushed at all. The lady that checked us in was so incredibly sweet. The nurse I believe her name was Chere was the best. She communicated everything that was going to happen so well. The dr was great too. My kiddos left with strep diagnosis, popsicles, and a toy each. 😂 I’ll definitely be using them for my children in the future.

Great experience, very efficient service, I like that you can book ahead online same day. Jaime the NP was very helpful and answered all my questions. All the staff were great and very kind with my sick infant. Hours are so convenient for working parents and after hours issues. Really glad that we have this resource in Edwardsville

I have taken my girls here twice and both times have been great! The last time we was there James at the front desk was friendly and was quick at getting us registered. We was taken back quickly. Nurse Stefanee was Super nice, friendly and informative. NP Amber was amazing and caring. Something that was Great was we were able to get my daughters first dose of antibiotics there at the facility since the Pharmacy was already closed! 10 out of 10 and definitely will be back if needed and recommend to others!

So very thankful to have an after hours clinic close by. With my daughters school and work schedule-it was hard for her to get an appointment during the day. Took her to the Edwardsville location late at night and we were greeted by a very friendly staff and got right in with no waiting. We were seen by Amber! Amber and the nurse Stephanie did a wonderful job with my daughter. We would highly recommend!!

I’ve taken my daughter here at least twice for ear infections that came on very quickly and we were always seen within 5 minutes of coming in. NP Amber and Nurse Jenny were extremely helpful and gave my (very) unhappy little one a popsicle! 😊 They’re the best!

We love taking our kids to Children’s after hour clinic. Amber NP and Jenny RN are amazing. We have been here multiple times with 3 different kids. They both are super sweet, making the kids feel comfortable, and making the process quick and easy. Highly suggest taking your sick little ones here during those after hours. The hours are an added bonus.
