I'm not from the US and I was recommended by someone to come in and see these guys for a quick check up and some meds. I was in and out of there within 30 minutes and the on-site nurse practitioner was amazing.

Always worth it to go into Effingham Express Care. I’ve been a handful of times over the years and they’re always professional and in my cases, quick. I think some people may expect too much from them at times.. They have limited tools at hand. So, you aren’t gonna get any X-rays or blood tests as far as I know. It’s convenient care, not the hospital. They do great for what they have available to them.
