Frank S Lee's Online Review Report Card

With top qualifications from Johns Hopkins, Univ of Chicago and Penn, Dr. Lee is the best opthalmologist in town and an expert in treating glaucoma. Very sad that he is leaving.

After 5 years of messing with other Doctors, Dr Lee had me up and going with my shoulder took him 15 minutes to figure out what i spent years wasting time with others... great Dr great personality!

I had a follow up appt for 3:10. I checked in at 3:05. I had to sit in lobby until 3:35 before a nurse came and got me. I was weighed, taken to a room, blood pressure taken and then left. I walked out at 4:40. Not one single person during any of this wait time checked on me or updated me as to why Dr. Lee was not making an appearance. This is a service I pay for. My time is as valuable as the next person and I will not accept such unprofessionalism from anyone. Shame on you people. This is the first time in my 65 years I have ever done this. Maybe if more people did we would open someone's eyes and start getting treated better. Lord knows we pay enough!

Appt. was at 3:10. It was a follow up appt. I checked in at 3:05. Had to wait in lobby until 3:35. Was taken back, weighed and put in room, took blood pressure and asked a few questions. By 4:30 no one and been in to check or update me or no Dr. had made an appearance. I am paying for a service I did not receive plus took sick time from work to do so. Not one single time from check in to walking out did a single person offer an excuse as to why I was waiting for so long. I told receptionist on the way out who I was, what time my appt. was and why I was leaving . I will not recommend nor return to this facility. My time is also valuable and I demand better service, good grief they charge enough.

Dr. Lee addressed several issues for me in 2008. He did an excellent job as I've had no further issues and recent nerve test showed a lot of strength and the technician even commented on it. Now many years later...with another issue, I seeking out Dr. Lee because I wouldn't want anyone welse to take care of it. The reviews written were all accurate in my experiences and I pray I can get him to take care of my latest issue. I hope life has been good to you Dr. Lee. Because you are a true HEALER. ??

I'm so glad I found this Eye Doctor here on Yelp. First off from the original phone interaction to the actual appointment yesterday, his staff is so friendly and accommodating. Dr Lee took his time and explained all of his findings in detail but understandable to me. I would recommend Dr Lee to anyone who is in need of an Ophthalmologist.

Been taking my elderly neighbor to dr frank Lee for 2 years now ...all I can say is if every doctor had mr Lee's attitude the world would be a better place hes compationit always kind and very informative cant say anything negative about dr lee

What an awesome facility and doctor. I called at least 10 other locations and everyone was either booked out till January or didn't have an ophthalmologist on staff. The doctor was proactive and helping while his assistant was busy. He worked with me to get my form for the National Guard filled out. I've met with doctors before who don't like anything outside of their routine and are just lazy. He was anything but the sort Of course I'm not hopeful of having to go back for any eye injury but this will be my go to place for anything related to eye exams etc. Thanks again and I hope you see this Mr. Lee so you know what an awesome job you're doing.
