One of the best Dr. Chandra, is one of the most caring Dr. I have ever met. He assisted my Daughter to a full recovery and now she is an attorney. He is amazing in his approach and humble certainly understands the nature of issues surrounding Mental health issues and psychological problems and issues associated with mental health care. I highly recommend this Dr. To anyone seeking assistance with any family member or referral of anyone who is in need of or in Mental health care crisis. Sincere Regards Dr. Robert Martin PhD
The ONLY psychiatrist I trust! I’ve been seeing Dr. Chandra since I was 12. I am 28 now. I tried for about 10 years to handle my mental health on my own and it wasn’t working out for me. The ONLY doctor I wanted to see me was Dr. Chandra. I know he will assess my needs and take the time to actually help me.
Awful! Was not helpful at all! I left feeling worse than when I came in!
UNDERSTAFFED
Worst Dr I ever had. Stop writing my medicine. I suffer from PTSD. I would never recommend
Great doctor
if it were not for Chandra, I would have been hospitalized or possibly even dead after the damage Maggie Ackerman did in her refusal to treat my anxiety and bipolar disorder seriously. He actually listens and takes his patients problems seriously and works with you, as oposed to being authoritarian. I have recomended him to several people. This has been my first positive experience with any psychiatrist, and that says a lot.
Terrible uncaring doctor who is mean to everyone.
Most of the people who have had positive things to say about this man HAVE to be from his nursing staff. Because everything about my experience with him was terrible. The waiting time takes hours, his staff is cranky and rude, and he's just a jerk. If you're lucky, he'll maybe spend ten minutes with you if he feels like it. Because quite frankly, he doesn't care. I'm not even convinced that he knows his stuff when it comes to psychology. I've majored in it myself, and I've caught him saying things that are wrong several times, basic things that are "common knowledge" in psychology. And his qualifications are sketchy - did he go to school in Chicago, in Maryland, or in India? It isn't clear. There is absolutely no reason to use this doctor when there are better options available in the area that can be accessed by public transportation.
very good caring doctor

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
