The charge nurse Rachel was very rude & did not come and try to talk to me after her nurse Cassandra disrespected me and walked off, she allowed her nurse Cassandra to also be rude to me and did not correct her behavior !! Their customer service is very bad & I pray no one in my family ever have to be cared for by them!!! I’m putting in a complaint on them & calling patient relations !! You will not be rude to anyone else after I contact the higher authority!! As long as you have that title you need to do your job and not just sit around, cold transferring people, & hanging the phone up in people face who is trying to see what’s going on with their relatives!!!

For a blood draw, the nurse Maggie poked my wife 4 times and hours later they would come back and say it’s no good. 6am now- send another person and sayings it no good and now they are drawing her blood again. I’m not sure if this is normal.

Everyone we worked with during my daughter in laws last days were wonderful to her and us. Very caring & thoughtful. The ICU staff were super accommodating to our visitors. Their hospice care for my daughter was also very helpful and they did exactly what we asked of them throughout this very sad time. Thank you to everyone who stood by us throughout this emotionally challenging time.

For the number of doctors, nurses, and therapists on my aunt's "team," I haven't seen hardly anyone in this room for the last few days. There's something really wrong here. Services are getting charted that aren't happening.

I was just there last Sunday due to difficulty of breathing. The ER staff were awesome. They really took good care of me. I never noticed any rudeness attitude. So Professional. Then in the 5th floor, also all the staff were very attentive to their patients, compassionate and professional. I would like to thank Nurses, Lyn, Tom, Eileen, Joy and Jocelyn and who took good care of me and also their PCTs and also to Dr. Shah who was the house doctor that worked that day and Dr. Yasin, until I got discharged. They were so awesome. Thank you again. God bless you all always.
