I came to Dr Alpert’s office for a second opinion on my shoulder. I had surgery once before and my rotator cuff was still torn. With no hesitation Dr Alpert knew he could fix my shoulder. He was very confident and knew what he was doing. My surgery went smoothly and the recovery was amazing! His rehab team did an excellent job as well! After 5 months from my surgery my shoulder has no pain. I am very pleased of the results and I am pain free after almost 2 years from when I first tore my rotator cuff. I highly recommend Dr Alpert and his amazing team.

My daughter broker her pinky and we didn’t think we could get an appointment so quickly. Called the office and got an appointment the same day! Was in and out within 1 1/2 and everything went very smooth. Everyone was super sweet and helpful!

Dr Hernandez and his Assistants provided excellent care today. They were very attentive listening and collecting all of my medical information. I was given all the time needed to update my medical history, I felt comfortable and confident that I was being taken care of. I hope in the future I can get my lab work done in their office.

I met Dr Minhas for the first time after the referral from my primary physician. He had the greatest first impression ever! I felt so comfortable and relaxed!!! The staff was just as marvelous!!!

1 hour wait time. Dr. was very rushed and somewhat impersonal, the same with front desk attendant ( eyes down, never looked up at me). Justine the nurse however was very kind and efficient.

Attempted to see Michael Kogan at the Elgin office for a follow-up for continued knee pain after a surgery several years ago (not related, I don't think). Apparently they have a new computer system that requires all patients to fill out multiple pages of paperwork that could have been done ahead of time (and not from a clipboard on my lap). After 40 minutes, I left before paying a co-pay when I was told the doctor was running more than an hour late. Everyone in the waiting room was complaining to one another, the office staff was bickering about the delays and computer problems and one patient told to show up an hour late next time (not sure what he meant by this) when I left. Someone should have/could have called me prior to my appointment to see if I wanted to reschedule before I showed up. I did not reschedule and will be seeing someone else for my knee pain in the future. Is overbooking routine here?
