Attempted to see Michael Kogan at the Elgin office for a follow-up for continued knee pain after a surgery several years ago . Apparently they have a new computer system that requires all patients to fill out multiple pages of paperwork that could have been done ahead of time. After 40 minutes, I left when I was told the doctor was running more than an hour late. Everyone in the waiting room was complaining to one another, the office staff was bickering about the delays and computer problems and one patient told to show up an hour late next time. Someone should have/could have called me prior to my appointment to see if I wanted to reschedule before I showed up.

The red headed receptionist at the 1710 Randall location is rude and quite simply a mindless drone. FVORTHO is growing but probably faster than they can handle.

I had two surgery on my shoulder by another doctor before I was seen by Dr.Visha.Metha and Dr.Robert Seplic. both are very good Doctors. I would recommend fox valley orthopedics they know what they're doing. they put their heart and soul into the hard work they do.dedication goes into what they do for that. I am grateful. Thank you. Also the staff. Especially, with Sue.
