I showed up early now I wasn’t expecting to be taken back earlier but I expected to be taken back on time. I checked in and almost 45 minutes went past including my 15 minutes early. I left because it was taking too long. I got a call from reception that I was next and I said I left because I was waiting 39 minutes. No apology went right away to ok let’s reschedule. Dr. Barthel is great but the staff is trash and the main person who I think may be named Vanessa was so rude. She didn’t apologize and I asked for my medical records to she said ok call such department and had an attitude. I was shocked at no apology. Worst front desk staff ever!

The ma/nurse who took me back to get vitals was so friendly and nice. Shortly after dr barthel came in and actually took the time to review everything in my chart. Something was put in wrong from a previous visit so I appreciated that she went over everything with me. She is so kind and caring and explains everything! Great bedside manner. All the women in my family go to dr barthel

Dr. Barthel is the best of the best! She is the best at staying on track with her patients and appt and barely ever makes you wait. She is efficient yet spends as much time with you as you need to answer all questions. I’ve seen her when not pregnant and now while pregnant. She’s truly phenomenal and very relatable. She really cares about you.

Dr. Barthel is so kind and understanding, and she really listens to you! I feel heard when I’m there and she takes time to make sure you understand everything and all your questions are answered. She’s always very approachable and I feel comfortable with her!

Dr. Barthel is amazing! From the first second I felt comfortable and safe. She listened to everything I said with genuine care and interest and made sure she answered my questions and concerns completely, and that I understood those answers. It’s so important to have any doctor, especially an OB-GYN, that you feel comfortable sharing with, and Dr. Barthel is it!

I have been going to Dr. Barthel for 14 years now. She is always so thorough and friendly. I moved down to Florida and will schedule my annual exams around when I go back home solely because I do not trust anyone other than her. She is welcoming and down to earth.
