I had to take my son who's 6 and extremely anxious with Dr offices in because his pediatrician office didn't have any appointments and he's been sick for a few days when we arrived the lady at the front desk was very nice and gave a reasonable time expectation. When we made it back Destiny was our nurse and was so kind and gentle with my son her demeanor really helped keep him calm Then Mrs. LESLIE FRNK came in and when I tell the moment she came in I could tell this would be a good experience she spoke to my son the patient with such a calm and kind tone she looked him over a gave us answers she really went above and beyond to take care of him she is a true gem. Her high caliber patient care is amazing!!! Wait time is outrageous, I waited for 2 1/2 hours. However, once seen I was given exceptional care. You need to staff this facility.

I would like to thank ALL the staff that assisted me and my Mom during our visit. Though we waited for awhile for our result ,they were all very patient and very kind. Huge shout out too to Dr. W Zander. Will def recommend

I was told when I arrived for a pre employment physical that it would be a 1 1/2 hour wait. It was 3 hours in which they made me stay there and wait. There should be someone committed for people coming in for pre employment testing. The facility was dirty. On the good side the technicians and doctors were very nice

On vacation not even 24hrs. I walked in without an appointment and it was over an hour wait, I didn't mind it. I looked totally gross with bug bites on me from my hotel. My nurse practitioner was great and caring and didn't make me feel so gross. She was personable and I appreciated her so much.
