I went here today and the new Dr., Ferdinand Catotal, was very nice and professional. He took his time with me and answered all of my questions. The all new office staff couldn't have been nicer! Beatrice is long gone! Feels like a whole new place. I was seeing Dr. Florentino from 2009, over 10 years. This new Dr. was just as nice. A very good experience and the wait time wasn't long at all.

The place is dirty, the supervisor she don't care about anything, the new doctor always had bad actitud, the front girls are terrible in particular Beatris she don’t know how to work with employees and patients she is very rude.. go other place!!! Dr. Pocholo is a great doctor and he is working in Woodstock go there!!

I’ve been a patient of Doctor Pocholo for a few years but today I had a horrible experience in this office. First I had to see a new doctor since Doctor Pocholo is not available anymore, the guy was not very nice and didn’t even have a clue which medicines I’m taking even though the nurse had the list of all of them in my file. The room was dirty and disgusting. The staff are very rude, they don’t have any manners, no education, no customer service skills and the worst one is Beatriz who’s supposed to be the supervisor, when I asked her what was happening with my prescription since my pharmacy had sent the fax 5 hours ago, she said she couldn’t do anything, the doctor needs to sign it and he will be available until next week. Her final response was do what you have to do

Horrible horrible horrible! I would not even give 1 star! Office personnel horrible! Would never ever send someone here! Wait for hours they never call you back! Have you waiting for Dr that isn’t even there! Horrible service all around !

Office staff is so rude and lazy their in the wrong profession cause their there to help patients and could care less about YOU!

Unfortunately since dr. Florentino has apparently semi-retired, this place is not what it once was. No compassion for the patients exhibit by any of the staff, the new Doctor who claims he "just works there" didn't even introduce himself to me. The exam room was filthy, (see pics)

The doctor is a very good doctor and genuinely seems to care about his patients, but the office staff is absolutely TERRIBLE! No follow through, or any effort to service their clientele. I can never get anything accomplished without several calls and you may as well forget about ever getting your referrals taken care of. They act like you are bothering them when you call, and are even worse in person!! The wait times are also ridiculous; plan on waiting at least an hour every time.

I have been a patient of Dr. Pocholo Florentino, for over 20 yrs!! He is one of the best doctors there is and a doctor that I trust! Which is hard to find and that is why I have put up with this staff for as long as I have. BUT today was the very last day I will be dealing with them! I believe they are trying to do nothing but make you return to get a co pay out of you! They have NO customer service skills and are not really trying to help you at all. After just seeing Dr. Florentino last month for my check up I was told in order to get another 30 day supply of my medication I would need to make another appointment to speak with the Dr. to request a prescription! I was literally in tears when I got off of the phone! Thank goodness for the ladies in the pharmacy who did the job the staff was suppose to and contacted Dr. Florentino to make sure I had my medication filled. Im afraid I'll have to find a new doctor just because I can't continue to have this staff be the people I have to depend on to help me when it comes to my health. Dr. Florentino is NOT semi retired! The owners of the medical office is not supporting him to make sure he can meet the needs of his patients so they have brought in another doctor and from the reviews this new doctor is like the staff, he doesn't care either. What is needed is a support staff who cares! I hope Dr. Florentino will soon move else where and hopefully has a new staff so I can keep my doctor and my health!
