.Dr. Sunil, Joseph,and staff are very caring, and HE is a caring doctor who is very thorough, and listens to his patients. He treats us with care, and doesn't see his parents as numbers. I'm grateful for this wonderful medical team of professionals!

Contacted Dr. Joseph Sunni's office as my Doctor has referred me.Back in September called and they said they I need to be pre-screened over the phone, which was done in early November (earliest available). After pre-screen they said I was approved, but can't schedule me for the procedure till January, as the Doctor is booked up till then, and will be call back early December to schedule. Didn't get a call back so I called the office on Monday (12/13) and they said I need to speak to scheduling. Unable to talk directly with scheduling, so they said my name and phone number is being sent to the Scheduling team and will receive a call back in a day. Today is Wednesday evening (12/15) and no call yet. Decided to go to another Doctor as the follow-up, long delays and inability to speak to someone besides a call center representative is very poor service and shows no compassion for the patient.

I was recommended to see Dr Joseph, took awhile for the appointment but I walked in filled out some forms of course and was brought into a room for the nurse talk, within 3 min I was talking to the doc. Explained what was going on made plans for testing, no waiting around. Will go from there 😃

I was referred to Dr. Sunil by primary doctor for pain that I have been having on and off for some time now and this was I first visit. I was very impressed with the time and questions Dr. Sunil had to try and figure out what to do next. Extremely nice and very professional .
