Have a appointment today for general check up. My appointment was at 1 pm was only me in the waiting room got in at 1:20 told me to get undressed and DR will come right away it's about to be 2 pm and still waiting very bad service

My appointment was at 545, there was only 2 people in the waiting room. They took me back to a room right away told me my strep test results would take about 5 minutes. I've been sitting here for over 45 minutes just waiting. Someone just opened the door to the room I'm in and said "oops didn't know someone was in here and laughed as she closed the door". This place is so unprofessional.

This place used to be great but my old Dr. left so I was asked that last month about confirming my appointment multiple times and then I take off work today to go to my appointment at 11:15 am which is an hour away from my house to find out when I get there the Doc suddenly was sick this morning and nobody called me or left a message. So I then ask since my medication is low refill it until I can see her next which would be end of October and the lady says I have to see her in Aurora which is twice as far. Not only are they inconsiderate but are incompetent and lazy.

Absolutely horrible service. Overworked dismissive doctors that have a hard time handling simple issues and never answer the phone. My prescription was delayed by a month and a half simply because they cannot handle their own affairs correctly. I was seen for a simple issue and CERTAINLY would not trust them with a serious one.

worst place ever!!! i have called there numerous times needing help to have prescriptions refilled only to be ignored. after the runaround i asked to speak to a supervisor so i could get things straightened out. i was told i could leave a message. then the supervisor was in a meeting, then he/she will call me the next day at 9:00. i waited until 11:00. wow there was another meeting. it's just so simple to ok it. it's been days and no action needless to say i still have nothing!!! i wanted to give "0" stars!!!!

What the F is the point of having a phone number listed when it just takes me to some call center that cant help me with anything besides an appointment

I've had around 5/6 appointments here and have seen 2 different doctors. All of the staff, nurses, and doctors are always welcoming and friendly. They are honest in their answers and made sure to take their time with my appointment. The wait is typical for what you would expect for a doctors office - so nothing crazy. Unfortunately, I will need to change to a different hospital network because their delivery hospital is way too far from my home. With that being said, I am not too fond of never meeting the doctor who will deliver my baby, but this is common for smaller hospitals.
