Very rude staff! Don’t bother making an appointment because you’re going to wait over an hour after your appointment time. Never again! It’s a pity because the doctor is very very nice but it’s the staff, the nurses and CNAs that are rude and have terrible attitude.

They have been wonderful. Work on a sliding scale, take walk ins and always on top of things. The 1 problem is trying to reach them by phone, but new Dr. M is awesome.

I been going to the one by Elgin high school for some time now and I moved so that one is far now. So I came to this one but they keep on trying to get me go over theirt the one by Elgin high it so annoying because I'm not trying to go over their and it not the first time it happened with my sister too and she lived in a different town . And the one by Elgin high is bad too my son doctor made me feel like his father was involved with him because I would go with out him because he works on the day's I'm off.He felt it too that the doctor was talking to him in a mean way making him feel like he isn't there at all.😡😡

TERRIBLE SERVICE. My son has been coming here since he was born & now that he is 6 months old and is already past due for his shots, they decide to tell me AT HIS APPOINTMENT that his insurance isn’t accepted here. Why would you let me make the appointment without checking if his insurance is accepted, are you serious???? So now I just brought my son out in the cold on a 40 minute total drive for no reason. His medicaid was pending before but I didn’t know his insurance wouldn’t be accepted when it finally went through. IDIOTS to say the least.

NEVER AGAIN!!! I have dealt with this ... place ... twice. Take your pain and your money somewhere else!!! The first incident, they prescribed a ridiculously low dose which would have caused my condition to become stronger and resistant to the medication. I went elsewhere and without hesitation got the dosage I needed. The second incident, my lady depended on them to submit disability paperwork, and they A) gave her the wrong forms, B) lost the correct and re-completed forms, C) failed to send medical records to Disability Insurance. Their repeated and repeated failures have provided her two months with ZERO money to live on. They delayed getting her to see an actual doctor. They ordered an MRI, which the Insurance refused because an x-ray was not performed first. So much TIME had passed that she healed to the point of not bothering with an appeal. Thank god for supplements, healthy food, and a friend to dress her.
