Shannon is highly professional gentle and caring. She asks questions, listens and make adjustments to my treatment as needed. I find her to be highly knowledgeable and observant as well! I was pleased to learn that there has been a significant improvement in my overall range of motion. The other therapists are friendly and caring well. I'm thankful to have chosen Athletico for my physical therapy!

Building space and all exercise equipment, furniture and bathroom disinfected constantly. Destiny, Shannon, A.J. and Nick are professional, patient and kind. I chose this facility because it was close; but... I will continue P.T. here because it works and the therapists work closely with the physician's and insurance, and that is usually the most work and biggest P.I.T.A.!

Busy place! Very clean, kind staff, knowledgeable, my PT Vibol was attentive & made adjustments to my treatment when needed. He listened!! Great personable guy! Only improvement would be to schedule less patients or spread them out - at times I observed him being needed by other clients at the same time. But I guess that’s healthcare - stretch clinicians thin! Overall great experience- I’d recommend & come back if needed.

I was very pleased with the service I received at Athletico. I had a shoulder issue and the treatments helped relieve the pain and stiffness. I was very pleased with my therapist, and the facility was clean and welcoming. I would highly recommend this location.

I was under the care at Athletico in Elk Grove Village. My main Therapist was Vibol Chhong with some sessions covered by Sandip Patel. I could not have asked for a better crew. After having a total reverse shoulder replacement, I started having increased mobility almost from day one with Athletico. Vibol and Sandip were knowledgeable and incredibly courteous at all times. So was the rest of the staff for that matter. The only suggestion I have would be to make sure the scheduling gave enough time to see/be with each patient. That said, I would not hesitate to recommend Athletico Elk Grove Village to anyone.

The therapists here are very professional and knowledgeable. I worked with Vibol and Sandip and they both were helpful and caring. They took the time to listen to specific concerns and issues at each visit and for that reason, by the time my allotted sessions were over, my pain was gone. 5 stars.
