I have been a patient of Dr. Abella's for a long time. He is wonderful. Here is the issue. You expect your patients to pay the bills on time, how about getting your phones fixed and having someone return a phone call in a timely manner. Never happens. We have requested my daughter's records time and time again and NOTHING. Then, we got a call from Dr. Abella regarding Covid. It was a 5 minute phone call and both my husband and I were on the call. We both got charged for a doctor visit. Come on.

I have been with Dr. Abella for a very long time. He is a great, caring, and respectful doctor. I can no longer deal with one of his office staff members, aka "Rebecca can you hold". I am tired of her rudeness, unprofessional attitude towards me. When I told her that I am going to quit Dr. Abella because of her attitude, she answered "Fine I will let Dr Abella know and hung up on me.

Excellent. Have been seeing him as my GP for years. Responsive, thorough and kind. His group is always on-call and very responsive for emergencies.

I've known Dr. Abella since he opened an office on Irving Pk Road. Dr. Abella is not perfect but I wouldnt have him any other way. He's been good with me.

He is arrogant & thinks he knows more than the specialists he sends you to. His staff is disrespectful in many ways and this office offers no privacy. Anyone just opens the door in the middle of exams and stands there talking with the doctor with a patient not dressed. I felt fat shamed numerous times and intimidated by the so called doctor. I will not be returning.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Abella for many years and continue to appreciate his diagnostic abilities. He not only listens to our concerns, he actually HEARS them. We leave his office knowing that he has done his best to address our issues. Wouldn't want anyone else!!
