I tried to contact Elk Grove Derm for assistance after my mother had an injection. She then developed a rash across her back with open sores. When I called the office number and followed the prompts to speak to a provider, it directed me to a call center who had nothing to do with Denise McNaff or Elk Grove Dermatology. I had no one to contact I regard to what injection was provided or what to do if, in fact, she was having a reaction. Terribly disappointing, alarming and dangerous.

I am so very happy to be a patient at EGD. Denise is awesome and I do not want to see anyone else for my skin care. Every single person that works there has been nothing but kind and helpful. Can I give them more than 5 stars??

I had a different dr who I liked. I thought he was thorough, kind, answered my questions and didn't run out of the room. The girls were all very pleasant. The office is very clean and updated. I highly recommend them.

I usually never write reviews but this was the worst experience ever. Denise who is a PA that works in dermatology somehow was so condescending and so belittling. She completely disregards my comfort level on medications and tries to spend the least amount of time in the room as possible. She talked to me so rude it made me cry during my appointment. It felt like I was being blamed for having acne and not wanting to take pills, like I don’t have any other choice. Also to mention my skin actually got worse from the cream she had prescribed me months before. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Denise, the injection specialist is incredible. I've been seeing her for several years and have never been disappointed. She does not push unnecessary procedures. She will recommend and give advice on things that could be improved, but no high pressure. The staff is efficient and courteous.

Dermatologist looks youthful for her age. Has warm and engaging bedside manners. Found her pleasant and caring. She was patience speaking to me articulately so I could lip read her as I’m hard of hearing.

Doctor completely ignored everything I had to say about the hoomongous pimples I've been having for years. Her main goal was to leave that room as soon as possible, to the point that I even had to aske her if there is any recommendations or treatment I need to follow in order to not keep appearing on my face.
