Lack of sympathy for our family member in icu, young RN dying from COVID giving her life for her patients. We just wanted to get an update of patients status. Especially since we cannot physically visit or see the patient. He was rude, condescending, and demeaning.

I have seen other reviews by people who seem unable to separate the quality of care offered from the personality of the person offering that care. Personally, when I see a Doctor the thing I care about most is the accuracy of their diagnosis, treatment etc. If they are sarcastic or abrasive I don’t care a jot. I’d much rather that than a lovely doctor who’s medical care is inconsistent or unreliable. As it happens I think Dr Dugan is medically excellent and unswervingly honest. His directness is refreshing.

Dr Dugan is the greatest doctor around he saved my wife life she was critical and almost lost her Dr Dugan never gave up he stayed positive and Ruthi and i will always remember how lucky we were to have him as our doctor thanks so much and god bless this man

Horrible man. In life and death situation he was arrogant, self obsessed, and too busy to talk to relatives. Continually looked at his text messages while discussing outcome of patient. Told relatives he had no time for us and had other patients to see.

Dr. Guy Dugan is an arrogant, uncaring, doctor. In life and death situations he doesn't have time to examine the patient or discuss the findings. He is too busy.
