Dr.H was great & gave me the time I needed. Valerie & the manager Rachel are very disrespectful. For a F/U appt I was told I HAD to see a PA then DrH would see me. I said no I will not be forced to see a PA. I will only see Dr.H & they both argued with me insisting this is how its done. When the Respiratory Therapy assistant to Dr.H called me about my study I told him what happened & he obviously didn't care. I chose to find another doctor due to the unprofessional staff.
