If there was zero stars, I’d give that. That’s what this doctor deserves. Very arrogant, rude and unprofessional, acts very superior to her patients. Not sure why she is pediatrician- she has no patience or approach to kids. Points out when you split vaccinations, that then she has to do it for free when you come in for the next dose (where she recommended that at the first place and forgot) The whole place is just cold and smiles are forbidden. Right from when you walk into there and are NOT welcomed by this rude Miss Attitude front desk lady.They make you feel very uncomfortable; almost like they’re doing you a big favor by giving you an appointment. Not to mention fees charged for emailing or faxing any important documents. The list can go on and on, but it’s just simple as that- SHE’S A BIG NO NO when it comes to becoming a doctor of your child.

Very good knowledgeable doctor! I don’t need doctor who gonna play with kids, I need doctor who is going to treat my kids in right way. She is experienced doctor and explain everything in easiest way. Also office staff is nice and friendly. Strongly recommend for anyone.

The doctor and the staff are always willing to "fit" you in and help. No matter what time we called the doctor she always called back within minutes. Listens, Cares and Explains I am surprised for the poor reviews maybe the wrong office. Highly Recommend

Strongly do not recommend! Not surprised to have read these reviews with similar experiences. Extremely unprofessional doctor who provided us with misinformation and rude attitude. Will not be returning with our son.

I don’t know why this doctor is a pediatrician. She lacks in having a good approach to kids and towards a new parent (anytime I asked her a question, being a new parent, she always answered mockingly). Sometimes follow up visits were without any sense or purpose. I do not recommend.

Dr. Paterek is always firm to my child's health situation and nice where she puts my daughter's health as the first and priority to everything else. I like to listen and follow her instructions and recommendations when it comes to my princess.

Mean, unprofessional doctor!!!!! She was yelling at me during the appointment that she doesn't separate vaccines one by one because she is not paid for that time. She seemed like she didn't care what parent had to say. I am new to this office and feel uncomfortable to come back there anymore. Don't reccomend her!!!
