Dr. Desai and his staff are excellent. I am a retired nurse, so not easily impressed. They are compassionate, take all the time necessary to explain, discuss, and plan care. I'm grateful for their help both outpatient and inpatient.

Since September 13th, 2018, Dr. Desai has been a miracle for my mom, who was diagnosed with stage 4 Lung Cancer. Whether executing with incredible precision a bronchoscopy procedure, reviewing PET scan/CT results, or his incredible bedside manner in both the hospital and office setting, Dr. Desai is as good as they come. He is professional, kind, wicked intelligent, direct, understanding, and nothing short of a miracle when it comes to needing the best pulmonologist care. 5 stars isn’t enough to express our gratitude to Dr. Desai and to his entire office staff. Dr. Desai is unequivocally a WINNER, and certainly the BEST choice for pulmonology care. Thanks, Dr. Desai!

Dr. Desai has brought me through some troubled times. During the last 2 1/2 years he treated me he has been thoughtful and caring. He talks with me not at me. He'll spend extra time if you need it. The last thing I need is to get shuffled out without answers because a doctor is on a meter. Dr Desai cares about making you better.

Dr. Desai was very attentive with our appointment. He carefully took the time to go through the exam and explain the procedures throughout the visit. The wait time was standard. We were referred through a friend who also had a pleasant experience and we were not disappointed! We highly recommend him and will be telling others who need his services. Great doctors are hard to find!

1. Kept the patient waiting for over 1.5 hrs even though the patient was early for appt. 2. Soon after, he is on the phone, gabbing away. Patient drops a hint, he hangs up. 3. He then tells the patient (without asking for patient medical history, travel, etc.) what the presumptive Dx was, and tells the patient to do 2 expensive, including 1 invasive procedures without any explanations. 4. Patient's questions go unanswered because he was texting (using his smartphone) most of the time!
