They have the worst receptionist! Send info over and over and they always say nothing is received and never return calls.

Dr Kassa was the only doctor who could correctly proscribed the medication that could work for someone like I who's digestive system made all pain medications useless she understands and work's to be a effective pain medications doctor she makes life possible.

Although Dr. Kassa is not in the office as much as she once was, I go out of my way to see her. She's compassionate, listens well, and spends time with me each time I see her. She goes above and beyond to help me in anyway possible. I would recommend her highly to anyone seeking help with their pain management. The nurses and staff at her practice are also outstanding!

Dr. Kassa has been my pain management doc for over 15 years. She is a caring, efficient doctor. Any questions you have will be answered, there is no rushing to another patient, you are her sole focus. Over the years we have tried many different ways and ideas to help with my difficulties. While my mother was in the hospital, Dr. Kassa saw my mother. My mother has ALS and can barely speak. My mother was in severe pain and trying to call the nurse. Dr. Kassa yelled at my mother for not speaking up when my mother could not speak up. She cruelly watched my mother search for the nurse call switch and wouldn't help her call the or help her find the call switch. All she would say is "The switch is on the bed find it yourself". I am apalled that she is a doctor and would recommend that she not be allowed to see anyone you know. Some pain doctor. She likes to watch people suffer.
