Dr Pezen is an excellent dermatologist and extremely thorough. Additionally, he diagnosed a medical condition that was unnoticed by several other doctors and suggested the right treatment. Definitely recommend.

I was a previous client not anymore I referred somebody’s worst customer experience They had. I would definitely not recommend this place again and I will no longer go to this place. I don’t know how people with this kind of customer service skills ever stay in business. Especially front desk staff.

I was referred to this doctor by my fiancé, and after more than 20 attempts to make an appointment we finally got an appointment because the dr apparently only works a few days a week. His answering service does not return phone calls or forward messages probably the reason it took us 20 times to get in. On our way to our appointment we encountered an accident and were delayed and got there 10 minutes late the receptionist was horrible and Rude and not accommodating-said the doctor would not see me and she did not even attempt to have me fill out paperwork or See if the doctor could see me. We called back to speak to the doctor and he would not speak apparently he was with another patient there was nobody in the office and logically if we were 10 minutes late how would dare of been another person there? Would not recommend unless you want lousy service And I guess at this point what is the doctor even like if his staff is that way?

I have gone to Dr. Pezen for many years, and took my aging parents there also. He is definitely NOT a quack. He spotted a basel cell on my face, and is such a good surgeon, you cannot even see where it used to be. If you need something removed on your face, this guy is the best. I am only sorry that my insurance changed and he is now out of network.

My appointment was to ask about spots on my arm. He assured me those were age spots! But he did spot a basal cell carcinoma on my hand that didn't look suspicious to me. Once his suspicion was confirmed, the surgery was expeditious and not painful. You have to look carefully to see the hint of a thin scar. His follow up was thorough and pleasant. Six months later, no more spots, well, just the age ones! I'll take 'em. Sincere thanks to an excellent doctor.

I haven't been at his office for about 15 years and they billed me for somebody else's appointment that happened several months ago. They suggested I call somebody named Scott that handles billing. Nobody answers that number and there is no voicemail. Avoid this office. They don't seem concerned about trying to rip people off. I'm filing a complaint with the attorney general.

Dr. Pezens office personnel and billing department is incompetent and incorrigible my husband has tried to resolve a $20 bill from them for 4 months leaving messages and never to receive a call back the only correspondence was from collections!! Forgot this office I strongly suggest a different dr. This office is a complete debacle!

I was referred to Dr. Pezen by a social worker I was seeing for therapy after a less than pleasant experience w/ another dermatologist. My psoriasis condition was complicated, & took many months to resolve. However, I did what Dr. Pezen recommended, & fortunately I have not had a problem in 7 years since then. I found him to be very compassionate as I explained issues related to my depression, which I allowed to get the best of me in terms of not being as compliant w/ his initial recommendations

Dr. Pezen and his staff have cared for my family of six and I for the last 5 years. Most recently he has worked with me with an ongoing concern that came about thru my chemotherapy treatments. He is a true professional and one that will always make time for you.

If I could rate this office negative I would. They no longer accept blue choice but after I hand them my new insurance card they never mention. After my visit they bring me back for surgery then stitches removed. Only after that do I get a bill for over a thousand dollars and a letter explaining they don't accept my insurance. I called several times about a payment plan. Offered $75 a month and they responded it wouldn't be acceptable so I have 6 months to pay it off. I've been paying $175 which I can't afford every month only to have collections just called I know owe a $300 fee and was lied to by the most ignorant outside billing company person Scott I've ever spoke to. I'll be contacting my lawyer and now making sure everyone knows about this thief of a physician.
