Donald Adeli's Online Review Report Card

Very dry attitude, especially if you’re a minority! Horrible bedside manner. Did not listen to any of my concerns and made me out to be a difficult patient due to my birth plan. Always ignored my husband during appointments and rushed through everything.

Dr Adeli delivered my son at Elmhurst Hospital and was one of our OBs throughout the pregnancy. His bedside manners are wonderful and we felt well taken care of and supported by him and all the team from Duly and Elmhurst Hospital. It was a wonderful experience and highly recommend Dr Adeli and everyone in his practice, including Dr. Rodriguez and Dr. Lin who also took such good care of us during the pregnancy. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

Guy cares more about boasting and listening to himself ("bean diet", "cold showers", "i use a bidet", "best surgeon in OB", etc.) then his patients. Complete lack of care in the most honest sense of the word, he could care less and always forgets who you are. I understand Doctors have lots of patients, but he just makes the entire practice look like they are just there to clock in. If I sent this to him directly, I'm sure he'd respond by 2025.

Dr. Adeli performed my d&c surgery.. he was about 10 mins late, but came in pre-op and was brief, informative and double checked that I had no additional questions. He spent a good amount of time speaking to my mom while I was in recovery and answered her questions well. I feel like he made the d&c go smoothly. I would be happy to have him again for any other OBGYN surgical procedure (but hopefully I won’t need any).

Dr. Adeli preformed an emergency surgery on me. He saved my life and I will forever be grateful. The surgery went very well and I soon recovered. He remained very calm and explained everything that he was going to do. He also answered all my questions and concerns. He is a skillful surgeon and an asset to Elmhurst Hospital.

Horrible. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. His bedside manner is dry and non compassionate. He butchered my D&C surgery and left me with more complications on top of dealing with a miscarriage.

Dr. Adeli is just OK. When was in labor, he was the Dr. on call that weekend. I was in the hospital about 6 hrs before he was able to come by and did not even check anything out. We found out later that my water had not been broken yet. He came back at 10:00 am the next day and was like, "you're still here?". He then broke my water and I proceed with labor. My past due child was born with respiratory distress.

I have always been scared of seeing an OB/GYN and Dr. Adeli proved to be the kindest and incredibly knowledgeable-yet also has a sense of humor. He explains every detail in every way for you to understand and cares very much about his patients! Highly recommend!

Today i went to see Dr. Adeli for my first prenatal check up and it was a wonderful experience. Dr. Adeli and his nurse where very informative and kind. It is is rare in my experiences to have a nurse and a Dr. engage not only in your health but also in small talk. I was nervous to see anyone else besides my primary obg as she had done my paps, surgery and check ups prior but with todays appointment ive learned there office has great staff and Drs who really care about their patients and line of work. Although a large cyst was found Dr. Adeli directed me to the right coarse of action and assured my husband and i that our new bundle of joy would be ok. Overall a 5+ star experience!

Today i went in for my first prenatal appointment and i was extremly pleased with Dr. Adeli and his nurse. They where pleasant to speak with and not only took the time to ask about my health but also engaged in small talk which is rare in the times i have personally been in a hospital. I was nervous to see a different obg but that quickly disappeared once meeting Dr. Adeli. He spotted a cyst and was extremely informative while assuring us our new bundle of joy would be fine. Overal 5+ stars!
