Edward A. Pont's Online Review Report Card

I have been coming to this health facility since my children's birth - 2009. Doctor Pont is one of my absolute favorites. Hes thorough, shows great concern, and patient. He addresses every issue And discusses treatment and options with you - not over your head. I highly recommend this facility and Dr. Pont. I gave only 4 stars because if you are that person who prefers to see a specific doctor, you will have to schedule further out to see one of the best!

Being in the healthcare field myself for 20 years, I was astonished how he addressed my child’s weight. If you are going to talk about BMI, explain it. Not just say it’s high and not healthy. If you are that concerned about his health, take a minute to ask the parent if there are any underlying conditions before chastising. Maybe Dr Pont was having a bad day. It was prevalent with my son, born and raised in the old south where yes sir, yes Ma’am, excuse me and pardon me are still preferred. Being a new 12 year old kid to the block, instead of asking him not to address him as Sir. He preferred Doctor. Pompous much? With that being said, you can rest assured, you lost a customer and possible a few more if the read this. You should be ashamed of how you treated him and the scold an older gentleman who came in to administer injections in front of a child. We had an AWFUL experience with Dr. Pont, and would like to warn others so that they don't experience the same unprofessionalism we did. His thoughtless and insensitive comments to our 6th grader about his weight have caused emotional damage and exacerbated his self-esteem issues. Dr. Pont is amazing. He has shown amazing care for my daughter since the day she was born. I highly recommend him.

Had an ear infection. He looked at it for 2 seconds and said there was nothing wrong. I couldn’t hear out of ear. Two days later my ear drum bursted open. I clearly had an infection.

Dr. Pont has a great bedside manner and has always been wonderful with our kids, and with us as worried parents at times! Very thorough and professional, and has always returned calls when we’ve asked to personally speak with him. Thank you, Dr. Pont!

Dr. Edward Pont ( along with Dr. Chris Ibrahim) has been a pediatrician for our 9 month old daughter since she was born. As a new mom, I wanted someone who I can trust with not only medical advice, but also practical, heartfelt and sincere perspective. Dr. Pont has answered every message, taken the extra effort to call me directly during this pandemic and always provides positive reassurance. He's great with our daughter, makes us feel confident in our decision making and provides insight into Avi's progress. Thank you Dr. Pont for going above and beyond!

Dr. Pont is a phenomenal physician. He was recommended to our family by my daughter’s neonatologist and has been her doctor since birth. He is detail-oriented, kind, and never makes us feel rushed. I especially appreciate that he inquired about my health and stress level at each of my daughter’s well visits for the first year postpartum. He strikes an excellent balance between being reassuring, but also making me feel as though my concerns about my child’s development are important and valid. He was also instrumental in facilitating my daughter’s transition when she began Early Intervention services.

Dr. Pont is one of the best doctors I've ever encountered. He takes time with us at every visit. Answers any questions my wife or I have about our son and has been a great doctor to our son from birth to now. The office itself is great as well. 5 stars all the way.
