Love the new building
NEVER EVER get allergy testing from Elmhurst Clinic. Their list price before insurance for allergy testing is $3500. You can get the same tests at a variety of different labs for around $200. It is absolutely ridiculous that they can get away with charging this much. What is the point of having negotiated insurance rates if the market rates are cheaper?
I have been a patient here for over 20 years. My PCP is Dr. Pae and I don't ever have any issues with care, wait times or billing issues. I can also usually get an appointment within a day or two with him if needed. I also see Dr. Shelnitz in Dermatology and have had the same positive experience with her. Her appointments sometimes need a little more time in advance to book because of the speciality. It's hard to find good medical care, so I'm happy that I found great doctors that I trust.
The front desk staff may just be a bit too friendly. They enjoy going out with married patients.
They don't respect time I got to my appointment 15 mins early just like they asked and then I was waiting for the doctor for another 45 mins.. what was supposed to be a 15 min exam turned into a 45 min wait after that I just left. I have things to do and thats why I make my appointment at a specific time... I really don't recommend coming here ever
Have to disagree Daniela. Was there today and the blonde lady who checked me in was super sweet pleasant and funny. Credit to them that this lady was the first person people meet when they walk in. She was is a real sweetheart
Doctors and medical assistance are very professional, I have nothing but excellent words as far as the Doctor care. My complaint is ONLY towards the registration girls at the front desk have no character to work there. They are just blah, no smile, no compassion. You can really tell they are just in their for the paycheck.
This place sucks if you are driving someone there as there is no way you can park and find your passenger when they are ready to leave. They gave Valay service but I the driver am not going to the place Just driving her there and well it sucks since they are putting in-the new parking garage in the old parking lot. She has handicap place but with only one spot in front of the place that sees many of the handicap it should have more. Elmhurst should make them have more hc. Parking even when under construction as they are still working in the clinic. Ok vented thanks
I have been a patient of Elmhurst Memorial Clinic for over 20 years. This morning I attempted to get an appointment with Dr. Pe and everything was fine an appointment was set for next Monday when the young man said -there was a problem and the earliest time I could see the Dr was at the end of the month due to the Medicare "issue". I'm pretty sure This was never explained to me and feel quite rejected. They are only interested in $ period. How does someone who,is sick, deal with an entire month for an appointment. No wonder Dr. Benages left this Cl
This building is a cesspool for fraudulent people who only want to take your money and not treat you. I can see why they are rated so low.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
